About the role
Source, screen and onboard clinical and non-clinical staff for our healthcare clients.
What you will do
- Run end-to-end recruitment for assigned client accounts
- Verify credentials and coordinate MOPH licensing
- Manage onboarding, mobilisation and replacement cover
- Keep candidate records and compliance documentation current
What we're looking for
- Degree in HR, business or a related field
- 2+ years recruitment experience, healthcare preferred
- Understanding of Qatar labour and licensing requirements
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
